Lots of places will port heads. You need to ask around and find out everything they do. There are many levels to head porting..from cleaning them up and improving the stock runner sizes, to opening everything to max size/minimum material and installing big intake valves.
There are durability issues with the max size/min wall thickness route, but they will flow more air.
At minimum, get a good 3 angle valve job, new valve guides and the surfaces flattened with the port work.
With ported heads, the minimum injector size you want to do is 50# injectors. You can get away with a little less, but why would you want to.
For headers, have the stockers welded if they are cracked. There is no reason for aftermarket headers until deep into the 10's.
