converter

been on the car 6 months.10" non-lock-up.hd,made by Continental.$25.00 to ship.i do have pay-pall

do i need to modify my trans to accomadate and how would you say the converter performed lets say more street application wise.

its great for the street,i am going to a more radical set up.the 3000 stall is what you want for the street.and i dont know what your transmission is set up for.i know non lock-up is easyer on your transmission than lockup, and i am still getting 19 mpg.

basic street set up on trans but will i have to buy a kit to modify to a non lockup or is it just pop on and go.

look under transmission talk just under general tech, theres a thread that says lockup to non lock. sounds pretty easy
