I just finished Porting a Set of Heads for a Pontiac GP 1998 and I am impressed on the Shape of these Heads, and that they come stock with 1.800`` Intake Valves. Makes Hi Flow #`s easy.
I am looking forward to see how much Power Gain he will have including the Blower Porting that was involved.

I got a 22 CFM Gain on the Intake, and 13 CFM Gain on the Exhaust.
This was at .500" Lift / 28" of Water.
Good Flow gains..

so you're around 207/173? good work. how much time do you have in them?

abbott racing advertises 226/173 cfm at 0.500" lift and 28" water. they also charge $1620...$800 for bowl porting only.

btw, how much did you pay to have your heads flow tested? did they just do one port? i'm getting a head prepped for p&p, and want to get the finished head flow tested. i'm using 1.84" valves, however. w body shop/zzp sells them for the same as 1.80" valves...which valves did you use?

Some Companies can be very expensive. I guess they have a lot of expenses.
I would say around 20 hours of work.
