Heat All The Time?

Took GN out the other day and noticed that on the floor vent's i get heat coming out all the time evenif the climate control is off and temp control is all the way on cold?

Heater control valve may be stuck open. Located on one of the heater hoses near the pass side ac box housing.. Factory ones are vacuum controlled..if i remember correctly off the top of my head.
