Heater blower won't shut off....

Even when car is shut off. I have to unplug it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Unplug the high speed relay mounted near the blower motor and see if it shuts off. The relay could be stuck closed.

Check your blower motor resistor on top of heater box under your hood.

I have standard heat controls. There are two wires going to the fan, the power wire with the black plastic attached, and one next to it. Unplugging either one shuts the fan off. Is the relay part of the fan?

Picture shows fan relay (yellow arrow). With the key-on try tapping on the relay, it might free it up.

No, the relay has nothing to do with the antenna.

Antenna relay is behind the glove box.

What is recommended for the same problem with a climate control car? I just replaced the little Motorola piece on the control module but the blower is still stuck high with ignition off. I dont see a relay, I'm assuming because it's all inside the board.
