heater hose clearence

i inherited a rather nasty setup and it has a TE-63 turbo on it and there seems to be no room to run the heater hose underneath it. has anyone else ran across thee problems and if so how did you fix it?

Is this on a hotair GN or an IC GN?

its on a IC GN, it will be replacing my hotair motor
