Heater Problems

For the last couple of weeks the heat in the TTA has been blowing out of the defrost vents. Now everything is blowing out of it, a/c, vent, bi level. I know it is vacuum related, which also might explain blm problems and erratic idle. Has anyone else had the same problem and if so how did you trouble shoot it. I have replaced almost every vacuum hose and still nothing.
