Heavy duty wastegate ?

I have a wastegate and I'm trying to determine if its a heavy duty or regular. Here are the numbers on the side.

430819-39
01260
26675

Any help would be appreciated,

I have a HD wastegate from PTE...numbers on it are:

1011-144
08239
25777

Don't know what they mean.
