I respect both cars. It would have been a dead heat if the Camaro was an Auto also. I could shift quicker than the guy driving the Camaro. I'd also like to see this race from a dig. I think the weight savings might help the Camaro out of the hole.

Out of the hole with a clutch is no advantage from a roll there shouldn't be that much difference between the auto or the stick

The guy driving the ZL1 isn't shifting as hard as he could, and they say it in the video. You can see the car drop off at every shift. Plus the new 10 speed auto is supposed to be the quickest shifting auto out there, and keep it at peak power more. Definitely expect better out of the auto.

There are very few modern sports cars where the manual is as quick as the auto nowadays. The new autos are hard to beat for et's, all else equal.

HC is pulling away no matter what gear. There are many youtube videos that show more powerful manuals pulling on other auto cars...This is not one of them. The Camaro just doesnt have enough HP and it clearly shows.

I wouldn't take it personally I've had that happen on a couple of my posts too. Typically people fat finger while scrolling. Back to the video though, I was watching it at work with my buddies and every time the Hellcat came door to door with the ZL1 I'd say "bye bye Camaro". It was great.
