Help!!bstc Electronic Boost Controler!!

NEED SOME HELP on the electrnic boost solenoid wire? the BstC controler has a (white ) wire and (brown) wire .......WHAT WIRE DO I CUT AND WHERE.............THANK'S FOR ANY INFO........

I know the graphic that came with the boost commander was somewhat difficult to understand. It took a little head-scratching to get it straight.

According to the web instructions:
cut the purple/white wire on ecm. pin c1-3
connect the brown BSTC wire to the end that goes to ECM
connect the white BSTC wire to the end that goes to the solenoid.
