HELP! Dead GN!

I have fuel, I'm leaning towards cam timing. The previous owner claims to have replaced the timing chain @ 60K, but that doesn't mean the tensioner let go and allowed it to slip a couple teeth, no?

A compression test is next.

If I have to go a timing chain, I'm thinking of doing the cam, lifters and valvesprings along with it. Any suggestions?
