my car got stolen a couple months ago. today the insurance company called and said they needed to know if it had the touring suspension or not?? they said this is what the t stood for?? if so that is new to me, but then again they could be right... im not for sure. But I know what my car was... it was a 1987 Regal T Limited. It was a turbo and had all power options along with ttops. Didnt they all come with the same suspension? mine had front and rear sway bar. what else was the difference? did my car have touring suspension, or whatever the top of the line was at the time? they really wanted to know and actually told me that this was the difference between if my car was worth something or not... i was kinda half asleep when they called me but i need to call them back soon to talk about this but I want to get a few responses first...

Just tell them the Turbo Limited was the most expensive Regal you could buy since they would never have heard of the GNX anyway. ;)

The T package in 1987 included: T ornamentation, Gran Touring suspension, fast ratio power steering, gas shock absorbers, 15" aluminum wheels, GT eagle radial tires, and the leather wrapped sport steering wheel.

None of those items should greatly affect the value of the car from the regular Turbo Limited which I assume you could buy without the T package.

Then again maybe they all came with the T package...

The real value is in the Turbo package.

Just tell them what they want to hear for the highest value. :)
