Help Please fast

My 99 Saturan in not starting. Basically the remotes are not disarming the Factory alarm. I open the door and the alarm goes off. I changed the remote battery and tried all three of my remotes. None of them are disarming the alarm so I can start this thing. I have also removed the car battery to drain and reset the computer and still the same. I have it stuck in a shopping center. Can the module in the car gone bad? Is there a way to start the thing?

Moderators please remove. Problem solved. Thank you. Strange but when the car battery goes low it will still sound the siren but not disable the alarm. Thanks again

did you check to see if the alarm has a fuse, that you might be able to pull out?

Well it happened again this morning after getting the car home. It turned out the reciever module (Brain) for the alarm was not recieving the transmiter. I ended up for now taking out the brain. Now it works with the key and I lock the doors manually. I hate feeling of being stuck without any help. It really sucks.
