help w/car purchase inspection/Albequerque

found a 70 skylark 30 miles south of Albequerque. The car sounds like a good rust free candidate for transplant, but the seller has been unable to send good pics of crucial rust prone areas. Will compensate a nearby member to check out this car and report back to me. No strings attached. Just want an honest/reliable assessment before laying out cash for the car and transport.
