My 30 amp fuse keeps blowing. I was able to get to prime at start with one press on break and breaks will pressurize and driving for a few minutes my fuse will end up blowing and de pressurize. Now it will not pressurize and just keep blowing the fuse any way to fix this or would I need a whole new power master break assembly?

Mine was doing the same thing back in 2018, kept blowing the fuse and the motor was to hot to touch.
Send it to Richard Clark's Garage and Pete ( he really knows his power masters) and he will rewire yours
and do all the tests.
People complain about them but if you take care of them they'll last a long time and the pedal feel is
second to none,,,IMHO.

Damn I wish I could im all the way in california

Try putting an ad in the “Parts wanted” section for the powermaster motor. You might find someone who has it. Richard Clark may also rebuild them as well.
However, replacing the whole Powermaster with a vacuum brake setup is by far the least expensive route to take.

Agreed. They work great.

The most important thing to do is change the brake fluid OFTEN!
I do it every year. If it looks like dirty motor oil, you've waited waaaay too long.
I also pump the pedal (decompress the system) with the key off if I'm going to park it for more than a day.

The main problem with the powermaster system is that people overfill the reservoir, and it runs out, directly into the motor, causing major damage to the windings.
Most people don't realize that you need to fill the reservoir to the line -only- when the pressure is released. You pump the brake pedal down several times to lose the pressure in the ball, THEN check the fluid level.

If you should fill to the line when the system is pressurized, and then have the car sit for weeks or months, the system slowly loses pressure, raising the level to the point of overflowing. That's when the motor takes a crap.

Things you should know.

One other cause of a burnt up pump motor is when the check valve in the boost side of the master leaks.
This will cause the system to lose pressure and run the motor to pump it back up.
I had the master on my T-Type do this. It would cycle every 15 to 20 seconds.
This caused a LOT of unneeded run time on the motor.
I rebuilt the master and it fixed the problem.
If the motor is toast, Richard Clark is the only source to repair it.
NOS pump/motor units are made of unobtainium these days.
