My 30 amp fuse keeps blowing. I was able to get to prime at start with one press on break and breaks will pressurize and driving for a few minutes my fuse will end up blowing and de pressurize. Now it will not pressurize and just keep blowing the fuse any way to fix this or would I need a whole new power master break assembly?

Mine was doing the same thing back in 2018, kept blowing the fuse and the motor was to hot to touch.
Send it to Richard Clark's Garage and Pete ( he really knows his power masters) and he will rewire yours
and do all the tests.
People complain about them but if you take care of them they'll last a long time and the pedal feel is
second to none,,,IMHO.

Damn I wish I could im all the way in california

Try putting an ad in the “Parts wanted” section for the powermaster motor. You might find someone who has it. Richard Clark may also rebuild them as well.
However, replacing the whole Powermaster with a vacuum brake setup is by far the least expensive route to take.

Agreed. They work great.

The most important thing to do is change the brake fluid OFTEN!
I do it every year. If it looks like dirty motor oil, you've waited waaaay too long.
I also pump the pedal (decompress the system) with the key off if I'm going to park it for more than a day.
