HELP, who can help identify a Turbo?

A local guy was selling his unused parts for his GN which he sold before he finished it. He claims the turbo is a stage 5 or 6 from
Eastern Performance or something like that. Not sure what a stage 5 or stage 6 is? Who could I call or contact to help figure out what size this turbo is? I'm sure i can measure something to give me a better idea, thanks for the help!
