Help with input measurement

Anyone have a BILLET input shaft that they can get a measurement from? I need to know what the dia. is of the end that goes into the convertor. Just off where the o-ring goes. Should be in the .622-.644 range. I am getting .622 on a stock piece and .642 on a new billet piece. Billet piece won't go into the convertor.

Should be 625.
Any larger the o-ring will/may not seal off the lock up.
I have recently ran into this as well!

Are you saying you also could not get the shaft to go into the convertor (last click)? Thanks for the reply--Will call the supplier tomorrow. Just needed some info first.

I had a terrible time getting the last click as well. Only one out of 6 worked without some tweaking!

I believe I got mine form the same batch as you! Same issues.

our grinder had the wrong dimension written down on his drawing.we sent out about 15 like that.not making excuses its been corrected.we all know they dont break and are the real thing. at $249.00 ITS STILL THE BEST GAME IN TOWN.
