I have an extreme automatics stage three with deep pan. I want to change the filter and got both a filter for a 200 and 700 from the part store and they are not the correct filter. The one I need is foamy on the bottom and attaches on with three screws. Any one know what the filter part number is? Thanks

A 727 mopar trans filter has 3 screws.
Maybe thats what is used with this setup.

That link that "pacecarta" posted does show it uses a filter for the 727/904 trans.
Chrysler used to sell just the filters without a gasket years ago when I was rebuilding trannies.
So maybe pick up a filter from them(take yours with to match it)and get a pan gasket from the parts store.

That could be it. Hopefully Lonnie chimes in.

I am going to look at the filter tonight and see if it matches the wix.

Thanks guys.

Here is a pic of the filter. Looks like a match to the link posted by pacecarta. If you don't agree please let me know.
Thanks guys!!

Definitely a Chrysler filter. Get one for a 97 ram 1500. Both autos have same filter and the filter kit comes with 2 pan gaskets
