hesitating with new turbo

got a q about plugs i blew my turbo and put ton of oil in the intake fixed the turbo but now the car hesitates and wont spool could this be the plugs , i was able to hit 13 psi once and then it wouldnt get into the boosts jus tfalls on its face?

bad plug wires and i think the spool is my tranny

i was just thinking, trans possibly, and usually after a turbo goes, you foul the plugs, wires can go bad, pending on age or amount of use, and lastly, wastegate?

well the car has a huge eghuast leak and thats why it wont spool but i did run 101mph with only 14 psi today so car will probly run low 13's , it was so bad i couldnt even do burnouts at the track but just past the 330 it just took off
