I am now getting OFF Idle hesitation since I put my power plate in.
Anything to tune or check when you put these puppies in?

Well I am not sure you can put it on backwards since I think there is a hole in it that has to go in the back!! Make sure you dii not mistakenly disconnect anything inthe process of install such as a vacumn line etc..

He's got a TT chip so the EGR is disabled.

True it only goes on 1 way...

I have a Turbo tweak chip so my EGR is disabled as Pronto mentioned.

I also have the 70mm KB/ACCUFAB TB/Doghouse.

The off idle happens when it is warmed up.

Is the power plate FOR that TB/doghouse specifically....there are diffs. in the PP required. Just a thought...?

Yes I specified it to Jason & the paperwork was noted.

Some have suggested checking the TPS & IAC as they might have got moved when I did the install. Also will check for vacum leaks.

I can tell ya exactly as I bought the same setup with the same problems. You need to make sure your TT chip is burned for a 70 mm TB. The larger inlet allows more air in for a given throttle position than the stock one. So if the ECM is programmed for stock size, it is expecting less air thru than it is getting. Basically it gets confused. I'm betting full throttle it acts normally too. Just with mild to moderate throttle.
