If you have Office 97 then this should work for you.
1. Open Excel and hit F5
2. Type X97:L97 in the reference box and hit enter
3. Hold the Ctrl-Shift keys down and with your mouse click on the chart wizard on your tool bar next to your ZA down arrow.
5. If everything went right you should see a crude flight simulator.
Use L click for reverse and R click for forward. You can adjust your speed by the speed of your clicks.
Try and find the monument with the scrolling marquee which dedicates all the personnel who brought the Excel program into being!
Have fun flying.
