High IAC count?

IAC with engine hot reads 60-70. The throttle plate adjustment screw is all the way in. Now what? Will the high IAC count make the engine run lean?

Don't know about making it run lean, but I would lower that idle count. Let the car get fully warm, and turn the the iac screw counter clockwise to lower your iac count to around 10-20. This will raise your tps, so you will need to re adjust it as well.

Edit I see your screw is all the way in, probably wanna back it out, and reset it using the paper clip method.

Make sure the engine is in 'park' and the AC is off when reading the IAC counts.
