high idle with fast

Does anyone know what would cause a 2000 rpm idle with a FAST system. Does low battery voltage cause it?

vacuum leak or idle air motor issue.

high idle

I had the same thing happen to me. I had the butter fly screws come a
little lose. Had to center the butter fly and tighten the screws.
(use locktight on the screws)

Thanks for the help guys. I changed the IAC valve today and that seemed to do the trick for now. The Idle seems to be more under control. I took the car for a spin and it did idle high once, but couldn't get it to do it again so, we'll see.
