Hey guys,

So I started my car today and it was idleing at 2000rpm. It’s a daily driver and last night when I parked it everything was fine. Scanmaster said my TPS was at .76 but I had it set at .46. Could the TPS have just reset or moved? I’ve never had this issue before. If I unplug my MAF it brings the idle down to around 1100 but the TPS stays the same.

That’s all I played with so far, I had to leave so I just took my motorcycle.

Any ideas??

Edit: I forgot to check the TPS with just ignition on and the motor off.

I’m thinking it could be a vacuum leak?

tps should be below .46v whether just key on or running ..it should not change
check the gray wire at tps with a voltmeter if its close to 5v replace tps , if its not close to 5v or changes when running replace the ecm
