The recipe/mix I cannot figure out is how to make/concoct a restaurant style dipping sauce. I do make the dip for chips with sour cream but I cannot cypher the dip for wings etc that is thinner. I have buttermilk and Ranch seasoning and I am gonna fry up some pork, my version of Pastor, today....thoughts?
