This is a shot from a local '98 Mustang Cobra. One of my favorite street cars:)

Jim the owner has done all the fab work for the cage and headers himself. Definitely a top notch car!

The best story about this car was when he was at the track and his buddy's 'Stang broke. The Mustang that broke was driven to the track and Jim trailered his car. Well, he let his buddy use his trailer and drove his car home on slicks that was over 1.5 hours away:D

The car has:

32 valve 4.6
78 mm turbo
Extremeautomatics TH400

YouTube - JIMSSVT 9.08@151 Hood Cam

PS. That track looks scary:eek: Most of my best runs have been here, including my first 9 second pass:D

Cool video, that is a nasty street car!

Thanks for sharing.:)

Those 4V Mod motors love boost! If money grew on trees I'd have one in a Foxbody coupe.

Have an 04 Mach1. Would love to make it a turbo. The wife wont let me.

I thought our Local track was Scary....

That is insane...

at least they prep your track the whole way down. our Track is also the Back straight for a motorcycle track, the do not allow VHT on that surface,

What a feeling when you transition from glue to pavement....

feels like a 90 mph 1-2 shift

As long as the car goes straight, you're ok at that track;)
