Wanting to hook up a hood mounted fuel gauge. I have had one before but removed it and I actually forgot how I did it. This time I have Cruz performance fuel rails and running E85, is anything different. Will the E85 read different where would I hook the line up to?

I don't see why you couldn't hook it up where that brass plug is on the regulator. That is an inlet/outlet I believe. You'd need a -06 to -4AN male most likely to connect a braided line to?

Ya I would say at the brass plug at the regulator as well. Same place I'd put a pressure transducer.
 
Finally received my fitting in the mail, car hasn’t ran in about a year…do I need to bleed pressure off or anything—I’m thinking no, since it hasn’t ran for a while

I would think no, but you could press the schrader valve with a rag in hand just in case.
