Forcast shows a chance of scattered thunderstorms, but show will be on for sure even if it's a little drizzley out... if anyone is worried about it just call me at 832-248-2018 Saturday morning (I'll be up at 5am) to see how the weather is at the show location & we'll allow extra prep / detailing time before we start judging if it's needed.

Had a good turnout, lots of trophies, food, tent for the brief shower, and a tree for shade. Robert let me drive his "85 T-type". I think that was just a reminder to hurry up and fix "Miss T".

Thanks for the plug Robert! Show is just a couple of weeks away & it's looking like we're going to have some VERY NICE cars!!!

BTW, email is drconnor@earthlink.net :)

HATS OFF to Doug & the rest of the Church members for a VERY organized Car Show. This was their first event, food was good, games for kids, NICE trophies. Houston Buick Club won "Best Car Club Participation" Trophy, way to go guys. Steve Campbell took home 2 trophies with his '66 GS, my '86 T Type won a couple of trophies also. Doug plans on doing this again a little earlier in the year. Watch for it. Dan will post pictures soon on the HBC website.

THANKS for coming out!!!

Eveyone who came out has an outstanding ride & the HBC took home a big chunk of the trophies... The rain had eveyone huddled under the church's covered drop-off for ~20 minutes which led to a lot of good car talk & HP-centric fellowship so it wasn't neccesarily a bad thing. :)

As Robert mentioned, Pastor has already offered to support an annual show so look for it in the spring next year!

Thanks again & God Bless!

Doug C.
