St BLT/ACC FUSE BLOWING Shuts down car

I need help. My StBlt/acc fuse blows when I accelerate and shuts down the car. What could be the cause of this?

Anything plugged into an IGN 1 slot will go out also with that fuse..
It runs the Chime module (seat belt), and the rear defogger circuit. 20A.
Check the (3) IGN 1 ports for aftermarket equipment shorting out after you verify the factory stuff isn't shorted.
