Like the title say's I need to know how to do this on my laptop I am full. TIA

For v2.13 ...

at the DOS C: prompt..

1. Change directory to the one where the files are stored:

C:>cd tlink

(usually)

2. del *.ecm (deletes all the ECM files in the directory)

an alternative is to go the TurboLink Preferences and choose a different "working directory". That gives you a fresh working directory and your old one is preserved.
