How big of valve in a ATR external gate?

Does anyone how big they are? They seem to have a decent price on there gates. $297.

I had nothing but trouble with mine. You couldn/t run fast enough to give me another one. Biggest piece of_____ I ever had. Diaghpram was always going bad, and when it was so called working right, boost was all over the place.

My dad uses the ATR on his StageII car with a T-76BB Q trim exhaust. Boost is rock steady but we're only running 10psi and it has ~50miles on it, with about 10 of them being on a dyno with the hood up and fans blowing on it. To it's credit, it is controlling a 276" motor running a hair over 7,000rpm that spools nearly instantly. Like Lee said I've heard the diaphram failure is inevitable and if/when it goes it's getting replaced with one of Innovative's gates.

For the money---Turbonetics Racegate---an extra $100 over the ATR- I got 3 years out of mine before I had to replace the diaghpram, so they are not bullet proof. If money is no object----Turbonetics new swing gate.
