how can i turn my turbo boost up?

i got my turbo rebuilt recently at a shop in cameron park ca and the guy set my turbo at 10 pounds of boost i wanna turn it uo but dont know how can somebody please give me detailed directions on how to do so

If you have an adjustable wategate actuator all you need to do is shorten the rod by turning it clockwise.If you dont have an adjustable actuator get one...Good luck...
