How did you run your EGT line?

How did you run your EGT line from the turbo header through the firewall to your egt gauge? I have mine under the center section right next to the turbo oil drain pipe with a black split loom covering but would like to re route the lines to avoid possible melting of the line.

My EGT probe is mounted just before the turbo, and I ran the wire across the front of the motor in a split tubing and then into the plastic wire channel that the rest of the wires from the front of the engine run thru to the fire wall.

Where on the header before the turbo is your probe mounted? bottom or top? Mines on the bottom. If its on the bottom is there another route to run the wire besides going under the center section and then to front of motor and through firewall?
