how do i email a log a grey box fast

how can i attach a log on fast gray box

just compose mail , click attachment (paperclip), find ccomwp folder in your c: drive , find the "log" folder , click the log you want
type something in for recipient , title and text and then send

i did that, but it goes it text form. i wold like to send the actual graph

the file has to be opened at the other end with ccomWp
