How do I remove steering wheel lockplate dust cover?

How do you remove the steering wheel lockplate dustcover?? Do I just force it off? It looks like the plastic will snap if I do. Thanks!

I figured out how. I used a screwdriver in each of the holes at the edge of the dust cover to pry it off. It wraps around the lock plate apparently.
