On the subject of hard shifts,
I once had a Precision 5 disc lockup coverter that would litterly feel like you hit an anvil with a sledge hamer when it locked. That was under normal acceleration. :eek:

It was a bitch to drive on the street.

I would have kept it if the thing would have locked up under track conditions like it was designed. :rolleyes:
