How long is Methanol good for in the tank?

Last summer I didn't get many miles on my car due to rebuild and issues. I remember Julio telling be that methanol could sit around for quite a while, and it wasn't a big deal for it to collect a bit of h2o - but what about 2 years?

Look at the color of it...I have been told that if it's milky it's still ok for our application, if it turns yellowish don't try it.

To me.. if its clear in color its good to use. Like rubbing alcohol clear. Once it turns color.. ditch it. The liquid is too cheap to chance.
