Discovered this today. I don't want to waste money on a new rim as I want to go with new RTS but need to notch frame first and it's a ton of money. FML

The rim is two pieces and the back piece is still solid, lol. From what I've read this is pretty common with these rims.
 
Id say your good for another 6-7 miles. Just swerve around the potholes.
 
Put another 30 on this week. New rim should be here Monday or Tuesday. Cracked one is going to weld for them to evaluate and let me know if they'll cover it.
 
As I said in earlier post weld sent me a new one and I sent the cracked one back to them. Interesting note. This rim is only 3 years old as it was replaced after hitting a curb. The other 3 that have no cracks are 21 years old. Guess they don't build them like they use to.
