How much boost is safe on 93 Octaine pump gas?

I figure about 18Lbs is safe maybe a bit less in the summer.
Is that too much or could I bump it up a bit more.

SCANTOOL!!! If it knocks it's to much boost...is it doesn't you're good, BUT it has been found that 17 is pretty close to the limit, but some people have been able to push it farther with a good tune.

I was only able to run about 17 on Sunoco 94. Then I dropped in the power plate and could run 18-19 depending on the weather.

Then I got alky....etc.

I live near Ann Arbor and have a Turbolink and laptop I would be happy to loan you.

The only answer to this question is you can run as much boost as your state of tune allows until you knock. And as stated, the only way to know that is with a scan tool.

I have a scantool and my car is currently tuned for 100 octane.
The reasoning behind my question is I'm getting a new street chip (I just don't like the red's chip I have now) and the guy asked me how much boost I ran with 93 octane and I really didn't know
