How much boost w/ stock turbo/intercooler on alchy

My car has the stock turbo and intercooler. Just has minor bolt-ons like exhaust, dp, cold air kit, older chip, hotwire kit... I do have a scanmaster and an electronic boost controller. Just wondering when I buy and install one of Razor's kits, how many pounds of boost is the stock turbo capable of putting out? Can I hit low 12's w/ it?

Fastest stock longblock car with my kit is 11.47 at 116.5 on 92 octane.

Boost was 28 in first.. then down to 22 in high gear(ran out of steam)

Lots of cars in the upper 11's low 12's on a stock turbo. You will need great tires, work on suspension.. get good weather.. and work on its tune-up.
