How much timing with nitrous?

What kind of timing are you nitrous guys running and how big of a shot are you running? I'm am deciding on a custom chip and am not sure what it should be. I did notice no gain at all with a 35 shot with a JC 93 chip (20*) and a Thrasher 108 (~26*) between the two. What do you all use?

I use a 75 shot on a mostly stock GN (upgraded exhaust, injectors, and fuel system) and I run 18 degree with 13lbs of boost on pump gas and 20 degree with 16lbs of boost on race gas. Boost level is before nitrous , add 2-3 lbs of boost after you hit the nitrous.
