How much $ to Powdercoat Valve Covers ?

Im looking to get a set of valve covers powdercoated or maybe ceramic coated.

What ballpark cost should I expect ?

depending on what color or style i.e (hammercoat, silvervien, etc..) I would guess between 50-75 dollars

I wouldn't worry with ceramic on the valve covers, Not hot enough.

Like some of the others said, depends on texture of powder, type of finish, if the VC's need any prep work, etc. Also, high temp masking tape is not cheap, so it also depends on if you want your raised ribs left bare or coated as well. I have a spare set or two of VC's, or could coat yours for probably about $50 if they are going flat black or high gloss black. Of course, shipping X2 would add to the cost. :redface:
