How much WD 40

I am installing smc today ! My intent is too go to home depot and buy Denatured ? is all alco ........... Can sombody just chime in on what too get and a backup in case I don't find denatured today? Now for the first question how many seconds to spraw wd/40 for >? Thank You ..Kevin

Home Depot is where I get my denatured from. It comes in a 1 gallon can,can't remember the name of it. I spray WD-40 for about 3 to 4 seconds. Seems to be working fine for me.

The denatured alchy you can get from HD comes in a blue and orange(or was it red?) can. I think it says S-L-X on it too.

I guess I don't understand your question. I put sealer on all the brass fittings, If thats what you mean.
