Lit me start and thank the venders In Alphabetical order
Caspers (Justin)
Fullthrottle (Marianne and Steve)
Racetronix (Mike)
RJC (Jason)
Yes I have taken my car to what I think is its SAFE limit
What is in the sig will be taken to the next steep. I started at Fullthrottle for bigger injectors that lead to bigger fuel pump and lines.with room to grow into a E85.
I have. a new pump and hanger from Racetronix ship from Fullthrottle and my old Hot wire no longe will work.
My Holley harness from Caspers has a designated 30amp circuit, so I called Justin and he sent me 25ft of #10 red and black wire with shield with a plug installed. If you have a holly from Casper this is a must have. It came just like the I/O plug with lots of wire so I would have enough wire to do it my way.
Next was a new turbo and I spoke with Patrick and HPT and a few more and all took time to help Thanks Jason for time and real life experience with the turbo and the great Price.
Ractronix has been helpful with E85 sensor with plugs and connectors to hookup there pump and E85 sensor to my Holley.
I have made one pass at 10.8 @ 125mph and 8 at 11.00 @125 unable to repeat 10.8 pass. I had hoped to get the 5857 with 60's and 255 pump solid in the 10's. But I broke my second sprag in the convertor. This convertor has been replaced with a convertor with a clutch, and if it works I'll report back.
The new combo is a Next GEN 6062 Bosch 132lb a 450 pump. I hope to start running this new combo next week and spend a few weeks dialing it in on pump gas and ALKY then introduce E85.
Thank you venders and fellow Buick posters This new combo has been inspired by you, and I will need your help to make it fast.

It looks like you are on the right track with the upgrades.

Quick question; why a 6062? With your heads and cam (and new fuel system) I would think you could easily go with a larger turbo. I have Champion Irons and a small flat tappet cam with a PTC 17-blade converter with a HPT-6466 and it lights off and the response is like a much smaller turbo. When you go to E85 spool up will be even faster.

I was looking at lots of turbos and felt like 750 hp rating would be be enough and my first choice was 5658 the HPT 6466 was highly recommended
But my conversation with Jason he led me to the 6062
But most of all I like getting it done with less. And really the 5857 on the street with a 600 hp rating is quit impressive and hard to put the 500 hp I estimate I have down on the street.
and at the track people that have turbo knowledge could not believe it was a 58mm and one fellow said I was just lying my ass off. but did not have Ben Franklin he was willing to part with to find out. and 840 hp 6062 rating is a lot. and with a cam with less than .5 lift with Champion Irons Im giving up a lot.
Funny thing is I have a set of GN1's with 1.6 rocker and Timm in Phoenix has made me a supper deal on a very nice cam.
Like some Buick guys it was just a dream car to look cool and smoke your average Corvette and Mustang I can do that and .I want to keep doing that with out it lookin like I have a 88mm turbo and a parachute on the back bumper. If this turbo will really push enough air to make 840 hp and I think I need that much Ill cross that bridge, But today I have specced the new fuel system for 850 hp on E85. The champion Irons will do that with a 215 cam at .550 lift and I think I can do 725 with my 210 at .490 lift
the real trick is the convertor.Im traveling a road not often traveled in a Buick but a road that is used quit often in the new muscle car. with 60 ft times in the 1.6 and low 1.4 If I can get the Buick to do that ill be in the low 10's @ 130. I f I can crank a 100 more hp out of it too.
