how to find brand and specs of aftermarket cam in block i bought

i bought a 87 109 block that has an aftermarket cam in it , guy i bought from on here doesn't know brand or specs, as he bought it from someone else, he just knows its not a stocker, how can i find out brand , lift, duration etc.

Pt #'s etc, are usually stamped, elec penciled, on 1 end.. Usually the rear.

cam part #'s

# look like 920120 or make the 2's into 7's
