I find that it's best not to store it....it's best to burn through it as fast as you can....:biggrin:

...but I leave mine in the 5 gallon can I buy it in and transfer it one gallon at a time into a 1 gallon leak proof fuel container that I use to refill without spilling/splashing.

Once the 5 gallons gets low enough to pour without dribbling any, I just pour direct from the can and into a large funnel in my alky tank.

I'm also careful not to let it age too long....takes me about 6-8 weeks to burn 5 gallons....
