HS rockers, machining heads

Do the stock heads need to be machined to fit Harland Sharp Rockers?

What actually needs to be done? are there any before and after pics available?

IIRC, material needs to be removed from the sides of each rocker pedestal. Don't ask me how much. I don't think it is very drastic of a removal, so before/after pics won't show much. Wish I could provide better info, but perhaps someone else will chime in...
