i dont have injector signal?

i check for spark and do have spark so then i checked for feul injector signal at the injector and do not get an puslation? i spray fuel down the intake and it does start? I also have fuel presure at the fuel rail? I checked my ecm and looks connected correctly? Ido not know what to do next? But I think it some type of problem with the injector not opening up due to no singal? does any one knows about a trouble shooting tree or a wiring daigram i could follow?

Make sure you check your ecm fuses in the fuse block befor tracing down wiring problems. Also check all the grounds on passenger side rear cylinder head. Any fault codes?

I think Cam sensor as well but a bad cam sensor should trigger codes.

You didn't say what year. Here is the "Cranks, Won't Run" trouble tree chart as it appears in the 1987 manual.
