I think that is a 10 inch non locker, approx 2400-2800 stall.
Usually the number is 16030, so yours may be a custom order.

I did a Google search and there was a guy selling the same converter but it was for a 700-R4, 2400-3000rpm stall rated at 700HP. Don't know if 200-4R and 700-R4 converters inter change.

The early 700 uses the small input shaft like the 200 uses.
